We are a 30 plus years family owned and operated pawn shop.  We try and deal in only quality merchandise and back all items we sell.  We pride ourselves in honesty and quality customer service.

 Items have a seven  (7) day from confirmed receipt of goods return policy unless otherwise stated. This means you have seven (7) days from confirmed receipt (USPS delivery confirmation) to let us know you are not happy!

 Office Hours are between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. CST (DFW, Texas), Monday through Friday & 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday (excluding major Holidays).
 Email is checked frequently. Response time occurs within 24 hours (excluding most Holidays and weekends).
Our feedback is extremely important to us. If you buy an item from us and you are not happy for any reason whatsoever, please contact us before leaving feedback.
Payment Options     Payment must be received within seven (7) business days of auction close. After seven (7) days the winning bid will be automatically voided. Exceptions will be made on an individual basis. Communication is the key!
