Shipping Information
Explanation of Shipping Charges :
Domestic: Any order shipped to a USA address will be shipped using United States Postal Service Priority Mail/First Class Mail or Fedex depending upon the weight of the package. . Once shipped average delivery period is estimated at 2-5 working days.

Please allow 1-2 business days after payment is received for your order to be shipped.

International: Any order shipped outside of USA is sent using United States Postal Service Parcel Post Service. Once shipped the average delivery time is estimated at 14-21 working days. However, sometimes there are delays caused by the US Postal Service and international customs agents that are outside of our control. Although rare, these delays can cause shipments to take several weeks before they arrive at their destination.

The following conditions apply for refund /Return :
  1. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance. We are not responsible for loss or damage occurred during shipping returned items back to us.
  2. We must receive defective products within 10 days of you receiving it. If it is found to be in fact defective, we will ship you the repaired/replacement product at no cost to you or refund you the Buy It Now price if stock is unavailable.
  3. Absolutely NO Refunds after 15 days.
  4. Returned items must be in the original condition, not used and should be returned with all original packing.
