Flying Pig Junkyard Metal Sculpture Outsider Art

A guy makes these and sells them at a local flea market. It's a pig with wings. It's made from automobile sheet metal recycled from auto junkyards. The artist doesn't repaint the metal, just uses it like he found it, dings and all. On this pig, one side is metallic "silver blue", like an old Honda hatchback I owned back in the day. The other side is gray and red. The wings and pig ears are white. I'm not sure what pieces he used for the tail, eyes, hooves and snout, but they are all unpainted.  He cuts all this by hand and welds it together very securely. This is heavy duty metal, it's not flimsy! Each finished piece of art is one of a kind, because he does not use a pattern. This pig is IMPERFECT - there is a bit of minor rust, and the pieces have minor dents and dings, and the paint is worn in places. The pig measures about 22 inches from snout to end of tail, and 12 inches from the floor to the top of his back. The wings stick up higher, according to how much you want to bend them out from the body. This pig looks GREAT in the yard, or on your porch, or even in your family room or office, depending on your taste!
