Sales Policy:
Your purchase through eBay is a contract. Only place a bid if you are serious about the item you are buying. If you do not intend to pay for the item then do not purchase the item. If payment is not made within seven days then an Unpaid Item Dispute will be opened with eBay. After seven days of non-payment, the item will be relisted and offered to another person.
Shipping Details:
All items are shipped from Tulsa, Oklahoma within two business days. Although we state that items are shipped within two business days most are taken to the post office within 24 hours, excluding Sunday. We primarily ship through the Unites States Postal Service. All items are shipped First Class Mail unless item is over 13 ounces. Items over 13 ounces are shipped Priority Mail. If the buyer wants items to be shipped UPS or FedEx then arrangements can be made at the buyer’s expense.
International shipping is available, please refer to the Shipping and handling charges below and be sure to pick your correct country. All international packages will be shipped First Class Mail International, unless item is too heavy. If item is too heavy then Priority Mail International will be used. International shipping generally takes two weeks, but some countries take longer than others do.
We combine shipping for all of our auctions.

• Personal checks and money orders are accepted, but payment must clear before item is shipped. Please make checks and money orders payable to Generational Solutions, Inc. The address will be provided when you complete the checkout system through eBay and choose a check/money order as your payment type.

Returns:
We strive to describe our items as best as we can. We also try to inspect all items before shipping to insure that they are in working order before they are shipped to you. Sometimes we do make mistakes in the listings and are fully prepared to make things right with the buyer. For this reason, we have a 7-day return policy. Within 7 days of receiving your item(s) you must contact us if there is a problem in order to receive a refund or other reimbursement. If item was as described and you simply want to return the item then you, the buyer, must pay shipping both ways and a 15% restocking fee. The 15% restocking fee is calculated from the price of the item and does not include shipping.
