2.545 UC (ultracell) foam is a firm feel foam and is of superb quality.  It is a 2.5 density and a 45 ILD foam suitable for everyday use on your sofas, lvs and chairs.  It passes the CAL117 fire retardant code acceptable in California as well. 

I have been in the foam fabricating business for over 20 years and can now pass that experience on to you.

To cut new cushions:

1.  Lay current seat in cover on foam

2.  Trace around perimeter of cushion

3.  Using surrated knife or electric knife cut out cushion.

4.  Unstuff old foam insert and stuff new insert in its place
