CollegeMarket offers all UPS & USPS shipping services throughout the US & Canada. Our shipping charges are based on the shipping method you select during your checkout.

CANADIAN ORDERS, PO BOXES & MILITARY ADDRESSES: Need to contact us to make the proper arrangements for payment and shipping. Shipping rates will vary for Canada  due to customs.

CollegeMarket will ensure to have your item professional packaged and ready for shipment within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment.

INSURANCE: We strongly encourage that the winning bidder of the items purchase insurance offered at a minimum cost during our checkout/payment process. We reserve the right to make insurance for any item we deem necessary.

All items are inspected prior to shipment as we are not responsible for shipping damages. Once an item leaves our premises it is the sole responsibility of the shipping company. Items will be shipped on business days only; Monday through Friday.

COMBINE SHIPPING: If you have multiple purchases and would like us to combine your shipment all we ask is for you to email us the auctions you are wishing to have shipped together, your shipping address and PayPal Email Address so we can send you an invoice for all your auctions and combine shipping rates. We can only combine your orders if you are wishing to pay by PayPal only. Please do not pay for your auction individually as they will then need to be shipped individually.

LOCAL PICK-UP: Local Pick-up is available on any item in our area with $5.00 Handling Charge & local taxes. If this item is for LOCAL PICK-UP only and you wish to arrange for freight shipment, some freight carrier options for you to consider are www.gonovis.com, www.freightquote.com, www.cratersandfreighters.com or www.fedex.com, Federal Express. You may inspect this item upon picking it up, but once you do pick it up (or have a freight company pick it up for you), you waive your right to return the item for any reason. All Freight arrangements and fee are at the buyer?s responsibility.

SALES TAX: State Law requires that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Texas. There are no taxes charged on orders being shipped outside Texas.

All returns need to be authorized by Collegemarket Management within 72 hours of receipt of shipment either via email or phone. Once authorization is made item must be returned within 7 days of authorization.
