Akamai Source 14 Day Warranty Policy

1) Prior to any refund or replacement you must contact us for a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Please email us in EBay for the RMA #.

2) Regardless of the issue, the item must be returned to us (with the RMA#) at the buyers shipping expense. If we receive an item without the RMA# we will not process the claim.

3) Upon receipt of the item and completions of our inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed. If the order is found to be defective and we grant a refund, your original payment will be refunded in full via the original payment method.  If the order is not found to be defective and we grant a refund, 100% of your original payment will be refunded via the original payment method. If the order is found to be defective and we grant a replacement, you will pay no additional cost.  WE DO NOT REFUND THE SHIPPING CHARGES if the product is a return without defect. If the item was a FREE SHIPPING ITEM, we will refund the total invoice less the actual shipping charges. 

4) This warranty applies only to products purchased by the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty does not apply to products that have been abused, misused, modified, or repaired by anyone. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Akamai Source reserves the right as final authority on whether the products should be refunded or replaced.
