Folk Dance: Circle Dance: Sunset 20" x 30"

A sunprint is an original contact photography print.  Each sunprint is unique, even when the same objects are contact-photographed more than once, as you can see by the variations in the Folk Dance series. My sunprints on fabric are made by a process of wet-on-dry watercolor painting with a brush, using sunprint chemical paint on which is then placed objects to contact-photograph, such as plants from my garden or paper cutouts made from my original drawings.

The sunprints in the Folk Dance series are sold unframed and unmatted.  Smaller ones will be shipped flat, and larger ones will be shipped rolled up. It is safe to iron a sunprint on fabric if it becomes wrinkled, on the reverse side or using a presscloth to avoid leaving "iron stuff" on the artwork. Sunprints can be framed, with or without glass, or displayed on stretchers, or hung by fabric art hang-clips.
