What is Wulong (oolong Tea) what is its benefit?

Oolong Tea, also called Wu Long, is is a partially-fermented tea, between green tea (unfermented) and black tea (fermented).  It has the benefit of Green tea, but without the pungent grass taste. Oolong tea contains antioxidants such as flavonoid, EGCG, catechins (more powerful than vitamins C and E in halting oxidative damage). It is found that oolong tea is an effective remedy for rheumatoid arthritis, cardiovascular disease (block the oxidation of LDL (bad) cholesterol, increase HDL (good) cholesterol and improve artery function), and certain immune deficiencies. How to Prepare a Good Cup of tea

• • First pour small amount of boil water over cup to warm the cup
  • Add 2 grams of tea leaf to the cup
    
  • Pour boiling water over the tea and infuse for 3 min. The longer you steep, the stronger you get.
  • The tea leaves can be infused several times with good taste!
    
  • For iced tea, double the strength (less water or more tea) to brew a strong cup of tea and then pour over ice.
