    * Confirmed address or billed to address must be used at time of payment.
    * All items must ship to the billing address of the credit card or Paypal confirmed address used for purchase.
    * Sales tax charged in Minnesota.
    * Please pay for your auction within 3 days of winning your auction.



    * We will not ship this item to any type of freight forwarding service.
    * Winning Bidder pays for shipping and handling charges.
    * We ship all orders within 3 business days after your payment clears.
    * Seller retains the right to ship out product using the best available shipping method, i.e. UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. Please include your contact name and phone number for shipping purposes.
    * We only ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to HI, AK, PR
    * We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO or International Addresses.
    * WE DO NOT combine shipments for multiple purchases.
    * We may sometimes require a signature when items are delivered.
    * Note: shipping Fees will not be reimbursed for shipment refusals.



    * If you need to return or exchange the item, you must get an RETURN AUTHORIZATION number.  Please call us at 952-361-3728 for instructions.
    * If an item does not function properly or is different from the description, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt. We are happy to resolve any issues, make exchanges where necessary or refunds when warranted.
    * If it is necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the following conditions:
          o Return item in it's original packaging, new unopened condition
          o Return within 7 days
          o Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise
          o Enclose a brief letter of explanation
          o Merchandise returned for exchange will be charged a $10 exchange fee plus the normal shipping charge

    * Merchandise returned for a refund will be charged a 15% restocking fee - $3.00 minimum.
    * All returns must be prepaid.
    * No COD's.
    * Exchanges or refunds will not be given for items with minor scuffs and/or scratches.
    * After 7 days has passed, we will not honor any exchanges or refunds. It is important that you inspect your packages promptly.
    * If your product is defective, please see the manufacturer warranty list for return instructions.
    * If you product was damaged in transit, please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEX, or USPS).
    * All claims must be filed with the carrier.
    * Please ask all questions before you make a purchase. By purchasing from Auction Crate you agree to abide by all of the sellers terms. Also by purchasing this item you hold harmless Auction Crate from any liability in the use of this item and agree to these terms and also agree to use this item in a safe manner.
