Most of our listings require immediate payment in order to purchase. You will complete your payment through PayPal immediately after using the "Buy It Now" purchase method.
For listings that are auction style, winning bidders have 72 hours from the auction end to make payment for their auction win. Items not paid for within 72 hours will be
relisted and a non-paying bidder alert will be filed with eBay.

Shipping: We only ship to the United States. Please do not bid or purchase from this auction if your shipping
address is outside the United States. We cannot ship to addresses outside the United States for any reason. We ship via UPS only, so we can't ship to PO Boxes.
Please provide us with a UPS deliverable shipping address which does not include a PO Box.
Shipping cost varies depending on your location. Please use the shipping estimator at the bottom of the auction to see what your shipping cost would be based on the method that you choose.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. If you place an order before 2PM EST on a regular business day, your order will ship that same business day. Saturdays and
Sundays don't count as shipping days, so please consider that when choosing an air shipment method.
For instance, an order shipped on Tuesday via 2nd Day Air will arrive to you
on Thursday, and an order shipped on Thursday via 2nd Day Air will arrive to you on Monday. All of our products are shipped from our Golf Locker Superstore in Tampa, FL - zip code 33618.
We will email you a UPS tracking number once your order has shipped so that you can track your order as it is shipped from us to you.
To combine shipping costs for multiple purchases, simply buy the products that you want,
email us to let us know that you purchased more than one item, and we'll
deduct a portion of the shipping charges for the extra items from your total amount charged for all items purchased. Shipping more than one item usually only adds a dollar or two to your
overall shipping cost. Most of the time, we'll see that you purchased more than one item at a time, but please email us just to be safe.
Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just send it back to us in the same condition that we sent it to you
with the tags still on, following the procedure below, and we will refund your money minus shipping charges.
The customer, that's you, is responsible for all shipping charges for returns
and exchanges. Please see the instructions on how the process works below. To return an item

Use your eBay auction ID number for the order number on the form.
There is a 30 day time limit on returns. No exceptions!
You must initiate a request for a return authorization number within 30 days of your order ship date, and we must receive your return within 14 days of issuing you an RA#. No exceptions.
If your order was eligible for free standard shipping when you placed your order, and you return items from that order that reduces your order total below the amount necessary for free standard
shipping, your refund will be reduced by the shipping charge that you would have paid on your original order. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges and returns.
For instance, if you order shoes that include free shipping, and you would like to exchange them for a different size, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to send the shoes
back to us and for the shipping charges for the exchange pair.
Here's how it's done!
Click here to use our online Return and Exchanges Request Form. Use your
eBay
auction ID number (that's the number at the top of the auction page) for your order number. Keep in mind that there is a possibility that we could sell out of your chosen exchange item
if we wait for your return to arrive before we charge you for the exchange item.
We will then e-mail you back a return authorization number that must be written on the outside of the box. Returns without an RA# written on the outside of the box will not be
accepted. They will be refused and returned to you. It is best to print it very big in black magic marker so it's easily visible. There is no restocking fee. Our returns
address is Golf Locker, Attn: RETURNS, 10005 North Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33618. In order to expedite your return or exchange, please print a copy of the e-mail that we send
back to you with your RA# and put it in the box with your return.
If you are returning shoes or clothing because they don't fit, they must not have been worn outside on the grass or dirt or show any signs of wear.
If you send us something back that is visibly worn, we will send it back to you and charge you for return shipping. Please don't try to return worn products for any reason!
If you want to exchange a product for a different size or color, you will be charged for return shipping to you for the new product.
The only way that we can accept
shoes or clothing for being the wrong size is if they are still in brand new condition with the tags still on. If you have a problem with a product that you think should
be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please use the information on the warranty cards that the manufacturer includes in the box.
If you can't find any warranty cards, e-mail us, and we can send you the information necessary to contact the manufacturer. We only
deal with respectable manufacturers that usually give us no hassle when it comes to any warranty problems. We will do everything possible to make your buying experience a fantastic one!
