1. General   All bids are final. By bidding on the item, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and accepted all the auction Terms and Conditions and agree to enter into an legally binding purchase contract between yourself (the buyer) and e3b6a5y (the seller).

2. Auction Description   To the best of our knowledge, the description of the auction item is true and accurate on the day of listing on eBay.

3. Order Process   Upon completion of the auction bid, a Winning Notification which includes a link for you to pay and provide your detailed shipping address will be sent to inform you that you are the winner of the item. On completion of checkout and receiving your payment, a Payment Received Notification will be sent to confirm that your payment for the item has been received. In most cases, items are dispatched within two business days of receiving cleared payment. Once the order has been dispatched, a Dispatch Notification will be sent to confirm dispatch of the order.

4. Payment & Payment Reminder   Payment for the winning item must be paid within 3 days of the auction end. Item that is not paid within 3 days of the auction end, a Payment Reminder will be automatically sent via eBay’s system. After 7 days of the auction end, a Non-paying item reminder will be automatically filed by eBay’s system, this will unfortunately result in your receiving an unpaid item strike from eBay and Negative Feedback will be automatically left to warn other sellers of Non-paying Buyer by eBay’s system. So, please do write to us in advance if you have any problem regarding your payment for the winning item. We accept payment via wire transfer for order over USD500.00.

5. Postage, Packing & Handling Charges   We try and keep things simple by having a flat rate charge. There is no absolute correlation between the weight and/or the size of an item and its price. A system, which recharges exact costs, would be expensive and difficult to administer and create uncertainty for the customer as to what the total cost of a transaction will be. These “handling costs” also include packaging and the percentage we pay to the PayPal and bank on each payment received. We also have to be realistic about time costs, as we must pay at least a minimum wage. These time costs do not change much between a single purchase under USD50.00 or one of USD80.00. Each transaction must be individually invoiced, picked and packed and payment allocated to an individuals account and reconciled. All of this takes time and the amount of money made on a small transaction is simply not enough to cover this.

6. Shipment   Most orders are usually dispatched with two business days of receiving cleared payment. The estimated shipping times are 3~8 business days. Sometimes a few days of delay may happen. If the item is lost or broken after the auction end, another item will be shipped directly from our warehouse in the nearest neighboring country in order to save the delivery time. We reserve the right to use any shipping carrier (such as FedEx, DAHL, Airborne, SUPS, ANPOST etc). (Please kindly notify us at your earliest convenience if you do not receive the item after 15 days of payment; otherwise we will not be responsible for any non-receivable item after 15 days of dispatch)

7. Combined Shipment   Discount on combined shipment/multiple purchases is NOT offered for the auction item.

8. Warehouses/Support   Our warehouses are located in Ireland, Hong Kong & USA. And our customer support centers are based in Ireland and Hong Kong. As a result, you can enjoy 24 hours customer support wherever you are.

9. Pickups Service   The item will be shipped to winning bidder from one of our warehouses only. Customer pickups service is NOT available for the moment. Because we do not operate a shop. We are a distributor who has offices with warehousing which are not set up or insured for public access.

10. International Buyer   By/before bidding on the item, an international buyer/bidder has the responsibility to ensure that he/she can lawfully import the item into his/her country. Because each country may have different laws that limit the types of goods imported into the country. An international buyer/bidder has to be responsible for any duties/tariffs that may be applicable for the item.

11. Electrical Item   The buyer/bidder has to consult his/her electrical engineer/technician for expert advice before installing any electrical and/or electronic part and/or component.

12. Return or Refund   All bids are final. Before placing your bid on the item, the buyer/bidder has to carefully read and understand the item description and the entire text of the auction completely for important information to the auction item. Within 14 days of receipt of the item, if an item is defective, we will either replace the item if stock allows or refund you the net auction amount (excluding insurance, postage & handling charges) at our discretion. Insurance, postage & handling charges cannot be refunded. In addition, customs duties, taxes and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer/bidder and cannot be refunded. Any return item must be in its original packing, undamaged and in a re-saleable condition, and must not be installed or used. Warranty due to any physical damage, improper use, abuse or any modification of the item by the buyer will not be covered.

13. Limitation of Liability   Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall e3b6a5y be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, e3b6a5y items. You specifically acknowledge and agree that e3b6a5y is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user. If you are dissatisfied with any e3b6a5y item, or with any of e3b6a5y's terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is not to place your bid on the item. We reserve the right to change or discontinue any item listing, prices, or other content listed on eBay without prior notice.

14. Feedback Policy   Please do not email us asking for feedback to be left because our feedback will be automatically left via eBay's Selling Manager Pro's software once you leave us feedback.

15. Rights Reserved   The winning bidder will automatically enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from us. If the payment is not received within 3 days of the auction end, we reserve the right to claim back all the costs of the item listing including selling and administrative expenses from the winning buyer/bidder.
