Returns
All Sales are considered final unless the item is received damaged in transit or was shipped in error by us. Each item sold is 100% guaranteed brand new unless listed differently in the ad (some of these items may be old stock but are still considered new). If you purchase an item and receive the correct item but it is not what you really wanted, then we will accept it back but we will only refund the original purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. If the ad incorrect and we are at fault we will send you the correct part at no additional charge to you plus send you a prepaid shipping label to ship the incorrect part back. If we do not have the part that should have been sent we will provide the prepaid shipping label for you to ship it back to us and when we receive it, we will provide a full refund. If you received your item damaged, many times it is due to negligence on the part of the delivering carrier. Visible damage to the carton/package is not always required. Many times weight from a heavier package can cause damage to the contents inside without causing visible damage to the outer carton/package. In the case of an item received damaged or some other issue please email us at: ship@stmparts.com explaining the damages or other issue. You must keep the package and all of its contents in your possession until contacted by the carrier for pickup. Please be patient and understand we are not the only ones involved in delivering a package to you. STMPARTS works diligently to resolve all matters until the customer is satisfied. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Shipping
Buyer pays shipping / handling & insurance. Items are shipped after receipt of payment. Pickup Orders are fine as long as we have worked out an arrangement to have it picked up in advance via email or on the telephone. In most cases we use a fixed rate via FedEx Ground Service for most items. These boxes vary in size so please provide up to 12 business days for delivery, although, most folks will receive their item within a week. We will email you your Ground tracking number. We do ship via USPS to HI, Alaska, PR, VI, Guam, APO addresses and most international locations. There will not be a tracking number emailed if the USPS is used as they do not provide this service for us. Please contact us for the shipping rate if it is not indicated in the ad. Shipping is non-refundable in most cases. We ship via our accounts only. Please no third party shipping accounts. Shipments INTERNATIONALLY are subject to Customs Duty and Brokerage fees which are the responsibility of the buyer unless you are told differently. We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories and internationally at an extra cost. Please contact us for shipping quotes to your specific location unless it is specified in the ad. Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours or the next business day after a weekend of payment being received/cleared.
