SHIPPING
We ship flat rate within the United States (except Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) with the insurance included. We typically ship UPS and you will receive an automated email with the tracking number when your item leaves our facility.
To ship to Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii please add 75% to the shipping cost. Example if US shipping is $10 then shipping to Canada is $17.50. We use USPS to these areas and some items may be too large to ship USPS. (Bumpers, grill guards, body parts, transmissions, differentials etc.)

PAYMENT
US and Canada Customers Payment Options: American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa, Money Orders , Cashier Checks, Personal Check and Company Check. Texas Residents are subject to taxes of 8.25% at time of the sale.
Credit Card payments are accepted only via telephone toll free at 1-214-329-4469, please call Monday to Friday Between 9-5 Easter Time. Also be sure to have the item number.
Please send payment within one week of purchase.
We do not ship your item until it has funded. Sometimes just because a payment has been made does not mean the payment has funded. As soon as your payment funds we will ship your item. We will NOT send merchandise with out receiving payment.
Personal checks must clear to our account before we ship your merchandise. This can take up to 14 days.
SHIPPING
Our products are shipped from our Warehouse in Dallas TX. We cannot ship to P.O Boxes, please provide physical shipping address. We use the following shippers: UPS, FedEx, USPS and various freight companies. The shipments will be shipped standard ground service unless other arrangements and additional shipping charges have been assessed. We cannot and will not guarantee shipping times. Normal ground service is between 5-7 BUSINESS days. Holidays may delay shipping as well.
If your shipment is scheduled to arrive truck freight we will inform you of that when ordering. We also will not ship your order with out having a daytime phone number to give the freight company. In most cases the freight companies will attempt to contact you BEFORE they deliver your shipment. If they cannot reach you within one weeks time your shipment will be sent back to the warehouse of origin. At that point additional shipping charges will be assessed and will be the customers responsibility. We take no responsibility for abandoned merchandise. Shipping cost listed only apply to mainland US shipping.
We recommend that you inspect your order when it is received, any shipping damages will need to be files immediately with the corresponding carrier, We are not responsible for filing shipping claims. All damages merchandise needs to be reported within 2 days of receipt.

RETURNS AND REFUND
Our liquidated items are WITHOUT WARRANTY, however we offer ful refunds upon return of the item if it has not been installed used or damaged.
Please make sure that the products is in it’s original or “ carrier approved” packaging to prevent any shipping damage.
You may return any item for any reason within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise noted on the product page (e.g., custom made items are made to order and are not returnable) or noted on the following condition:
- If you are returning your item due to shipping damage or our error, your credit card will be refunded the original purchase price once we receive the item(s) back from you and they have been inspected. Items received in non-saleable condition (e.g., parts or packaging are missing, etc.) may be subject to additional restocking fees or denied.
- Items received with shipping damage must be reported to us within two business days. All items must be in "off-the-shelf and in-the-original-box" condition (this includes all original packaging) Items that have been installed, drilled, bent, scratched, or otherwise damaged are no longer in salable condition and are not eligible for return.
- Orders cancelled after an item has shipped will have to be returned before a refund is given and are subject to the normal return policies and fees.
We retain the right to conduct business with any one we choose. This also means we have the rights to refuse service to anyone.
