The Ford FM antenna adapters are required in FM DIRECT ADAPTER installations in vehicles that have OEM radios that use non standard FM Antenna connectors. These parts will not take the place of the SIRIUS FM Direct adapter, but they are required for installation in the following vehicles ATTENTION: adapters will look different than adapters pictured---
