1972 Mustang Mach 1, California car.  SportsRoof fastback with factory tinted windows.  Only 2,000 miles on newly rebuilt 351 Cleveland V8 with FMX automatic trans.  Fast car.  Needs almost nothing mechanically.  The exhaust needs to be finished, it stops after the mufflers (pipes need to be brought out to the back of the car).  The gear selector is sloppy, either the selector or the shift linkage needs to be adjusted.  Needs a battery.  Factory A/C car; A/C was left out after the rebuild but the A/C parts work and will be included with the car.  Air cleaner pictured does not belong to this car. 

This is a ’72 Mach I, but the previous owner put on '73 Mach I decals.  Car was repainted in the ‘70’s and the paint is faded, could use a repaint.  Has rock solid original floors, trunk, and frame rails—no rust.  Very, very little rust on the body, only coming through in one tiny spot on the roof and one on the driver’s door.  Other than that it has some very light oxidation, which buffs right out.  Has a couple of dings here and there, and a dent behind the rear wheel on the driver’s side.  Grant steering wheel, Eagle Alloy 15” wheels with Futura GLS Super Sport tires (225 50 15 front, 265 50 15 rear).  Otherwise the car is all original, right down to the Mustang logo carpet.
