GENERAL DISCLAIMER:  All items are sold As-is Where-is with no warranties expressed or implied unless otherwise noted. Buyer acknowledges that by purchasing this item and paying for it he/she agrees to hold seller harmless for any and all liability that arises due to inappropriate use or misuse of the item.  Buyer beware that this is industrial equipment and that it is dangerous if misused or not used within accordance to manufacture’s specifications.

PAYMENT: Payment is due within 5 days from close of item and or receipt of invoice. We accept the following forms of payment; Paypal, Wire transfer, Cash in person, Certified Check in person and Personal Company Check in person (please allow 7-10 days for check to clear before shipment is processed or before the item is picked up for the last three forms of payment).

ORDER PROCESSING: All orders are processed within 24 hours from the close of the auction item.

SHIPPING:

 If you want this item shipped, you must arrange it with the shipping company.  We will work with you in getting quotations and getting the item loaded, but the final freight costs and arrangements must be made by the buyer.

SALES TAX: All Florida residents and businesses are required to pay sales tax for items purchased, unless you provide us with a valid resale certificate/dealers certificate at time of payment.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY: We pride ourselves in listing quality items that are accurately described.  In the event that you feel your item was not accurately described please contact us immediately.  We will either give you a refund of your money or exchange the item with another one, if available.  Buyer will be responsible for returning the item in the same condition that it was received in and packed for shipment just as well within the time frame given.  Freight cost will be the responsibility of the buyer. However, if the listing above clearly states that there will be no refund or return then the item is as-is.
