Our professional machinists follow a strict block rebuilding process;
disassemble, clean, inspect, machine, assemble with new/reconditioned parts,inspect to meet OEM standards
Long blocks contain the following components:
reconditioned block with a new sleeve assembly, reground crankshaft with new rod and main bearings,
reground camshaft, new camshaft bushings, timing gears to assure correct engine timing,
rebuilt cylinder head with valves, and gasket set.
These are built and distributed from our plant in Indianola, IA
