Thanks for looking at my auction and I am sure that just like a lot of other buyers you will probably not read everything that is here and I don’t blame you, there is a lot to read. I have answered almost everything that could possibly come up and if there is anything that you are unhappy with about this or any other item you have purchased from me please read the auction completely before you leave a negative or less than 5 stars on the feedback. I feel that all problems can be worked out if you are willing to communicate the issues. If there is something that this auction has not addressed or you have questions about any thing else please don’t hesitate to contact me. My goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

Description of condition:

Mint:  What I call Mint condition is a disk that has just a few scuffs or scratches on it and plays fine but may have some writing on the label side. The case is free of tears, cracks, closes properly and secures the DVD but may have some writing, stickers and/or adhesive on it. 

Good: What I consider to be Good condition is a DVD that has more than just a few scuffs but still plays fine. The case secures the DVD and closes properly, the case may have some rough spots, adhesive, stickers, writing and even a small tear and/or cut in the clear plastic.

In many instances a DVD will be marked as being in Good Condition when in fact it could have been marked as being in Mint Condition but the condition of a disc is a judgment call that I have to make and I would rather judge on the side of caution. This also happens when I revise an item because it is very time consuming to read each item before I delete, cut and paste the new section and I would much rather call a DVD that is in  mint condition as being in good than to call a DVD that is in good condition as being in mint condition.

I will not sell a DVD to anyone if I know that it will not play properly, if it is a copy or bootlegged DVD and if there is any doubt as to the condition of the DVD due to a large number of scuffs or scratches I will watch the movie myself or have some other family member watch it to insure that it plays properly. Please understand that some DVD players are more sensitive than other so just because it played fine for me that does not always mean it will play fine for you.

Also understand that if I do not see many scuffs and/or scratches on the DVD than I will not preview it but that does not mean it will play correctly. If it is a 2 sided disc I only preview one side and if it plays correctly than I list it as a playable disc but that does not mean that both sides will play correctly.  I have had disc returned to me for freezing up when they did not have a scratch or scuff on it of any kind so even the best looking disc might still have problems. Most of the DVD’s that I sell are used and/or previous rental disc so I don’t know everything about everyone I sell but regardless, if a disc skips in more than 3 places, freezes up or has a lot of audio problems I will replace it (see guarantee for full details).

As for Case condition: if the case is in bad shape or will not secure the DVD properly then I will replace the case before I list it. The only exception to this is when a DVD is in a case in which I can’t transfer the art work and in those instances I will make a notation under the case condition below as being poor. I also have a few disc that were originally in card board cases but have had the card board and disc transferred to a normal DVD case and in those instances I will also make a note of it under the case conditions above as being transferred.

New means that it is in a plastic wrap and/or has the security strip(s) still on it. On some of the new DVD’s that I sell (especially the older movies) you can hear the disc moving around inside of the case but because it is sealed I will not open it. I also have some older movies that are not in plastic cases but are in what I call a sleeve but they also have an adhesive strip sealing them and these movies will also be noted under the case condition as a sleeve. I will also offer for a small fee if you so desire a new plastic DVD case to put this kind of movie in.  

I use the UPC Code, Title and/or Director’s Name to acquire the preprinted information on all of the movies that I list if it is available. I do this to acquire a stock photo of the DVD if possible and to give a general idea of what the movie is about but I can not guarantee the accuracy of this information. If I do not show a format for a DVD it is because I was not able to find it on the box or the disc so even if there is a format in the preprinted information I can not guarantee the accuracy of that information and in some cases the picture that is shown in the auction might not be the exact picture that is on your item. Also in a very few instances I have had it happen where the case says that a movie is in one format but actually turns out to be in the other.  So if you have any questions or you are wanting something specific such as a DVD with audio and/or subtitles in a specific language other than English please contact me and I will physically check the case to find out the answer to your questions.

All of the DVD’s that I sell come in a case with label unless other wise stated. Many of them do also have the inserts inside of the case but not all of them.

I also have hundreds of selections of DVD’s and some computer parts listed in my Ebay Store so if it is not on a active auction please check out my store or contact me via email. Just because I don’t have it listed at this time, does not mean I don’t have it.

CHECK OUT/FINISHED BUYING

Multi-purchases: If you have received an invoice for your purchase and then decide too or are in the process of making additional purchases, please     DO NOT pay the first invoice because once you have paid for a item I will not be able to combine your invoices and give you a discount on your shipping fees.

Once you are finished click on the Pay Now button and this will take you to the payment options section. If you are planning to mail your payment, click on the mailing payment button and this will give you the address as to where to send your payment and it will also highlight the payment icon to indicate that payment is pending because you are mailing it.

YOUR INVOICE

The winner of this auction will receive an invoice at the close of the auction. If you feel there is an error of any kind on your invoice please contact me and let me know what it is that you think is a mistake/error and I will recheck it and if necessary make the appropriate changes to it. I have had to make many changes to the terms and condition section of my auctions so all of them may not reflect these changes.

PAYMENT

PayPal is the preferred method of payment, but I also accept money orders and cashiers checks (please, no personal checks).

Mailed payments are due within 14 days of the close of the auction even if you are bidding on and/or are buying additional items unless prior arrangements have been made. If you are mailing your payment I must be notified so I can add a note to your item reminding me that you are mailing your payment. If you are mailing your payment, PLEASE put a note in with it or make some other kind of notation telling me either your Ebay screen name or at least one auction number that you have won because with just your name and address it is very hard to figure out what purchase is yours and I would hate to send you someone else’s purchase.

All payments are due within 7 days of the close of the auction (This is also something that you agreed to when you joined the Ebay Community) but I do allow an additional 7 days for mailed payments.

Anyone who purchases this item and has not paid for it by the end of the 7^th day after the auction closes, WILL have a dispute opened for non-payment and will be sent a reminder about having not paid for this item(s). Ebay and PayPal have specific guide lines/time frames for opening and closing disputes so even if you have notified me about making payment arrangements a dispute may still be filed against you for non-payment. I do this because this is a way to send you an official reminder that you have not paid for this item. Once payment has been received the dispute will be closed but if the payment has not been received by the 7^th day after a dispute was filed (normally 14 days from the close of the auction) then the item might not be available any longer so if payment is received after 14 days from the close of the auction and the item is no longer available then your payment will be returned to you or in some cases, be offered an alternative selection. If you place a winning bid on something and then decide that you do not want it for what ever reason, you must contact me and let me know that you don’t want the item but you must still pay for the item and I will then refund you all of your money minus the fees that I have paid to Ebay and PayPal. These fees do vary but normally range from between 15% to 25% of the total price, including shipping and handling fees. So please don’t bid on something unless you are sure you want it.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Insurance is optional on purchases under $25.00 (but strongly recommended, especially on breakable items and electronic parts), and is required on purchases of $25.00 or more (that is the sale price without shipping). Insurance rates are as follows:

     $2.00           for the first $50.00

     $3.00           for purchases of $50.01 to $100.00

     For purchases over $100.00 add $2.00 for each additional $100.00 purchased.

FEEDBACK

All feedback received will also be returned and what you give is what you get. Please understand now that Ebay has changed their feedback policies this now makes it easier for you (the customer) to leave negative feedback on sellers who do not live up to their word with less fear of the seller leaving negative feedback on you as a means of revenge or intimidation. This however, does not mean that the seller is helpless in this matter. The seller in some cases can still leave negative feedback on buyers and the seller also has the right to file a dispute on negative feedback that they feel was unjustly received. Just as there are abusive sellers on Ebay there are also abusive buyers as well and Ebay has also begun cracking down on those buyers as well. As a buyer on Ebay I leave feedback once I have received my purchase and am satisfied with it. As a seller on Ebay I leave feedback once you have left feedback for me so until all feedback has been left I do not consider the transaction closed. I normally go through my awaiting feeback section at least 3 times per week and leave feedback for those customers that have left feedback for me.

Combined Shipping Discounts

 I do offer discounted shipping on multiple purchases made within 7 days of each other on select items (again that is purchases made within 7 days of the date of the first item purchased) provided I have not already shipped your original purchase and all of the purchases are paid in full within the allotted time (7 days for PayPal payments and 14 days for mailed payments).

These discounts are as follows:

Each additional item purchased will have at least a $1.00 discount on shipping but depending on the number of items purchased and your purchasing history with me, in many cases I will give an additional discount but because I have so many different customers if you are a returning customer please send me a email reminding me that you are a repeat customer. To me someone who is a repeat customer and who pays on time is my most valued asset so just remind me and I will see what I can do.

Lose of shipping discount

If full payment has not been received within 7 days from customers paying electronically and 14 days for customers paying by mail I will then have to right at my discretion to reduce and/or eliminate your combined purchase discounts on any or all of your purchases.

Shipping

Please Note: I try to ship items the same day if full payment has been received before 10AM EST but regardless of when full payment is received, providing the post office is open, ALL of the items I sell will ship by the close of business the next business day. I also reserve the right to use at my discretion other shipping methods other than what is listed in the auction and this is in part because of the rules and regulations of the USPS. If you have recently shipped anything other than a postal letter than I am sure you can understand just how expensive shipping cost and supplies are so I do apologize if some of my shipping cost seem a bit high but I do my best to try to keep the cost as low as I can. Because of the additional weight some 2 disc sets and disc that come in special cases may have a slightly higher shipping rate than a single disc DVD. As stated above all of my orders are shipped within 1 business day of payment being received provided the post office is open so you should also consider this before complaining or leaving a less than 5 star rating on my feedback.

As for shipping time, once it has left my hands there is nothing I can do to help speed up the shipping process. All Domestic items are shipped first class mail and for DVD purchases weighing more than 13 ounces (normally 4 or more DVD’s) I will ship them priority mail at no additional cost to you.

 I have also been trying to get a better balance between my starting bid and the shipping cost so if you have viewed my auctions before you may notice that many of my rates have changed. With the current world economy I am expecting these rates to continue to change because of the raising cost of fuel. If you would like something you have purchased from me shipped by some other means of shipping such as UPS or FedEx please let me know and I will ship it that way but additional charges may apply. I have also added additional shipping rates such as the Large Flat Rate option because some purchases will not fit in the small flat rate box and the soft ware used on here will not allow me to upgrade to the large box unless I have it listed as an option but I can down size and no the price listed is not a typo but I had to enter something in order to have this option available if needed.

UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS

 All of the items I ship within the United States are shipped with delivery conformation.

Please Note: I do not require that buyers have a confirmed address so make sure that the information that is on the invoice you receive is correct because that is the address in which it will be shipped to unless you include additional instructions with your payment.

If an item is returned to me because it was undeliverable for any reason, I will contact you through the item auction and inform you of this and also ask for additional instructions and you will then be required to pay the shipping and handling fees again. If you are not willing to pay the shipping and handling fees to have this item shipped to you a second time then I will refund you your purchase price only for that item. It is your responsibility to insure that the ship to address is correct.

Guarantee/Warrantee

All of the DVD’s I sell have a guarantee on them unless other wise stated.

I only sell NEW and USED original DVD’s. I will not sell a copied or bootlegged DVD to anyone for any reason but please understand the pirates and bootleggers are very creative and sometimes can pass there trash off as authentic and because to the amount of time involved I am not able to view most of the DVD’s that I sell so if you do happen to get a DVD that you suspect is not authentic then please let me know and then return it and I will correct this problem and if at all possible I will report the person for whom I purchased the item from to the proper authorities in an attempt to stop this kind of activity from continuing.

All other items are sold as is (no warrantee, no guarantee) unless other wise stated in that items auction.     If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. I try to be as accurate as I possibly can when I describe an item but I do sometimes make mistakes but regardless I want you to be happy with your purchase so if there is something you are not happy about with your purchase please contact me and I am sure we can resolve just about anything that might come up. I work a full time job so in most cases from the hours of 2PM and 2AM EST Monday thru Friday I will not be able to respond to your questions but I will answer them a quickly as I can.

The warrantee will be that you have to notify me within 14 days of the close of the auction that there is something wrong with your purchase (that is another reason why prompt payment is necessary), you must then return it to me and once I have determined that it is the item that I sold you and that it is defective I will replace it or I will return your full purchase price including shipping and handling (Most others will only refund you the purchase price). This guarantee does not apply to items that have been mishandled or improperly installed. DVD’s that are sold as new will come to you in their original factory sealed case so if you open it then it can not be returned unless I have made an error in the listing. I want you to be happy with your purchase and I do the best that I can to point out any possible problems with each item I sell but as we all know, there are some less than honorable people in this world who will try to do things to take advantage of someone else but I am not one of those type of people and if I can’t do something right than I won’t do it at all. International Shipping

 I will ship to other countries but please be aware that the shipping cost to countries outside of North America is a lot higher than normal shipping and I do not provide a means for tracking your purchase. Also understand that because this is an international shipment, I have to physically take your purchase to the post office for shipping where as with my domestic shipments I can ship them without having to leave my home. YES, International Buyers also get the same shipping discount for multi purchases as do the domestic buyers. I will provide you with as much shipping information as I can upon request but unless you are willing to pay the extra cost for insurance (if available) and/or to have it sent certified, registered or priority mail then once it has left my hands there is nothing I can do to insure that you receive your purchase so if it is lost, damaged or stolen than that will be your lose so please consider all of the options before you buy. I do not know what the shipping time is or will be for shipping to your individual country because I do not know how long it will take for your item(s) to go through your countries customs. I mark all of the Customs Declaration forms as a gift to help cut down on possible customs delays. For purchases that weight over 4 lbs I may ship those purchases in separate packages because First Class International Mail can not weigh over 64 oz’s but there will be no additional charge for you. Just as with domestic shipping I will ship your package the same day if full payment has been received before 10AM EST and once I have shipped your item it will be marked as shipped so you can inquire about your item(s) status on that auction. I try to keep the cost as low as I can and it is the Buyers responsibility to pay any and/or all taxes, tariffs or customs fees.

I will only ship DVD's Internationally unless other wise noted in the listing
