We do not ship to any ARAB COUNTRIES IN THE MIDDLE EAST (SAUDI ARABIA, YEMEN, SYRIA, KUWAIT, QATAR, OMAN, UAE, BAHREIN, IRAN, IRAQ, LEBANON, PALESTINE), nor AFRICA nor RUSSIA, so we will accept no payment from these countries or regions.

Shipping terms

SHIPPING
- Shipment happens WITHIN 24 HOURS (business days only) of cleared payment,
- A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION email with tracking number is always sent to US buyers,
- All US domestic packages have delivery confirmation tracking (viewable online),
- Packaged in NEW mailer, plastic sleeve and with cardboard pad or in new flat priority mail boz,
- Each package is fully INSURED,
- DISCOUNTS on shipping/handling charges with multiple purchases,
- WORLDWIDE shipping via the very reliable United States Postal Services (USPS),
- MANY SHIPPING CHOICES:
. Domestic Priority (2-10 days travel), our default standard shipping option,
. Domestic Express (1-2 days travel, guaranteed)
. International First Class (1-4 weeks travel)
. International Priority 1-2 weeks travel)
. International Global Express (1-3 days travel)
. Local Pick up (by appointment only) for a convenience fee.
OTHER CURRENT SHIPPING METHODS: Ask for a quote, if any of shipping/handling charges for these methods is not mentioned in this listing (due to site's space limitations).
DISCONTINUED SHIPPING METHODS: Less expensive US domestic shipping rates are not available anymore. Most got recently unusable because of decisions by USPS (like Bound Printed Matter) or DHL (DHLatHome) or they cannot be applied for magazines due to advertising content (like Media mail). Also, the slower Parcel Post has become so expensive that for magazines is often MORE costly than the faster Priority, so we replaced Parcel Post with Priority. Less expensive international shipping rates are not available anymore. They got abolished by USPS in May 2008. EXCEPTIONS: We do not ship to any of the islamic COUNTRIES IN THE MIDDLE EAST OR ASIA (so not to: EGYPT, SAUDI ARABIA, YEMEN, SYRIA, KUWAIT, QATAR, OMAN, UAE, BAHREIN, IRAN, IRAQ, LEBANON, PALESTINE, PAKISTAN, INDONESIA, BRUNEI, MALAYSIA, BANGLA DESH), nor to AFRICA nor to RUSSIA.

CUSTOMS DUTIES, IMPORT TAXES, VAT OR EXCISE TAXES (for international buyers only)
We really cannot tell in detail what the rules and taxes, if any for your country are, but you can look them up at Fedex Country Profiles.
It is possible that your country will seek to charge you customs import, VAT or excise taxes for your package, but it may also not (many countries do not inspect more than 10% of incoming packages).
Unfortunately we cannot avoid such a government action as proper transaction and correct documentation needs to accompany the package in order for it to be allowed to enter your country. To limit your customs related cost we ship through USPS, which often does not charge customs brokerage fees, like DHL, UPS and Fedex do.
On a positive note, there is good news for 'import taxes' (so not VAT nor excise taxes) for the European Union countries: Starting December 1, 2008, the 15 year long old tax exemption of 22 EURO, has been raised to 150 EURO. It applies to most goods sold through the Internet, but make sure you check your own country's exceptions at the site mentioned above.
