Diplomystus dentatus, professionally excavated and prepared.



This Diplomystus dentatus Fossil Fish is from the Green river formation of Wyoming. This is from the split Fish level of the formation. This particular fish measures 3.25 inches and the matrix is 3 x 5.25 inches. This species range from 1 inch to 19 inches. Please note: My Wife and I excavate these fish and I prepare all of them myself, meaning you won't be paying a "middle man." The result: I think my prices are far lower than others for this quality of fish. This fish is Eocene time period, approximately 50 million years old.
