Fossil Sand Dollar (6-8cm) approx 3" from the Norcross-Madagascar quarry. You will receive 1PC, similar to what is photographed.  Own your very own fossil evidence of evolution with this dinosaur.  This Fossil Sand Dollar is also referred to as a Fossil Sea Urchin.  It is a Clypeasteroid, a member of the Echinoid family.  This fine specimen was alive during the Jurassic Age (approx 145 -200 million years ago), and exhibits a fantastic (5-rayed) star.  The top of the specimen has been polished by our Fossil Prep Lab in Madagascar.  A perfect gift for kids, an aspiring rockhound, or any seasoned collector of fine fossil specimens.
