This is a Sani-cut syrup with a black fluted handle. It is 5-1/4" in height and has a capacity of 6-1/2 ounces. The chrome is bright and shiny, no rust, very few light scratches. The handle is black and difficult to see in photo. I do not know if the handle is bakelite or another material. I did unscrew it from the metal top and it does have some weight to it, unlike what I would expect for plastic. The syrup pourer was a wedding present to my wife's parents in 1948, and has been packed away sitting in an attic in rural Pennsylvania for over 60 years. There are no signs it was ever used. I think you will see these are pretty rare in what you generally see being offered in Fostoria American 2056. Thanks for looking.
