2:Condition: Complete new except a few soft scrapes on the book back dust paper because of moving in & out stock! So why i list it as just like new!!!

Very sorry that I’m not responsible for Loss & Damaged of this book during shippment, if you pay extra US$1.7 for registration,  both costs can be claimed ( claimed book money from post station up to HK$320((about US$41.29)) but & not more than book market value & how much i sold, besides, complete post charge can be claimed if book get lost but registration fee can not be claimed in any conditions  ).

About the Author
Stuart Schneider is an attorney in Englewood, New Jersey who has been collecting pens since 1975. He is the author of several books and articles. George Fischler is a senior research microbiologist with the Colgate-Palmolive Company and an avid collector since 1977. With his wife, Michelle, George sponsors the annual New Jersey Pen Show, and he is the Repair & Restoration editor for Pen World magazine.
