Shipping/Return Policy:
1) Normally your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days
after your payment is clear, you will receive an e-mail that confirm
your order has been shipped within 1-3 days after we receive the payment.
2) For domestic USA (including
Canada, Mexico), the
delivery time is 3-5 days by USPS first class mail or 5-10
days by first-class international to Canada and Mexico, the
track number is available upon request, Fast shipping is
always available by paying USPS express shipping cost.
3)International shipment:
Most Europe orders will be shipped from our HongKong/China
warehouse, the delivery time to Europe is around 7-14 days via
HongKong postal
office air mail service, there is NO track number for
this method, According to our experience, 1% packages
will got lost by using this method. You are very welcomed to
buy insurance in order to avoid this 1% risk. Or you can
paying more for express shipping with track number, it
takes around 5-7 days to arrive, sometimes the packages may
get delayed at your country's custom for several days.
4) Multiple item shipping is OK. Discount shipping prices are given for
shipping multiple items in one package to one address: regular price for the 1st
item and 30% off for additional items. This
discount can only be applied to the item that has lower shipping cost compared
with the shipping cost of the 1st item.
5) If you have not got your order within 28 business days after your payment is clear,
please DO e-mail us your paypal date and your item # and your shipping address, we will track your order, and get your back in
1-2 business days.
6) Return/exchange policy: If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return/exchnage in 14 days with
full money refund (except shipping) as long as the products are in the original
shape. please DO contact us before you ship your order back, we will issue a
RMA number and return address, the RMA
