E-bay returns Policy
     Most of our products are backed by a returns guarantee and fall under our 7 day return policy. Please note that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only.  Return shipping charges are not refundable.
If you return something that has been used, worn, altered, is missing items, or is without the original packaging or garment tag you can’t receive a refund for that item.  So, please double-check to make sure you have included all the pieces and packaging before returning anything.  The following items are never returnable:  Repeat Never!!!
Special Order items- including Mascots, Collectors one of a kind piece
Props and large items that require special delivery.
Partial Party Kits or Combo Costume items
Any item that smells of odor such as smoke, perfume, ect.
Any item that has been worn, used or altered.
Wholesale blowout items.
Keep in mind several things:
Please ask any questions before you buy.  Keep in mind that a restocking fee of 15% is charged for items that fall outside the normal guidelines. Including the refusal of a package after being sent by us, that is returned. If a pre-sale item is canceled, a 10% fee is charged for cancelation unless the item can’t be delivered. Multiple items also require a 15% restocking fee. Example a return of five of costumes-

There are certain items we can only take back if they’re returned in the original, unopened factory-sealed packaging. These include:
Undergarments, socks, stockings and gloves
Shoes and boots (exception boot covers never worn)
Wigs, beards, facial hair, or any fake teeth.
Cosmetics
Party Supplies

Please note that costume styles and even colors can change without notice due to a manufacturer’s production run. These changes, no matter how slight are beyond the control of this seller. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience or problem this may cause.
Directions for return:
Please read through the return policy to see what exceptions may occur in the policy. This will make sure that your item is eligible for a refund. If you are not sure, write us immediately, be sure to include your item number, order number and a description of the item. It must be accessed within 7 days of the delivery date. To receive your approval and initiate a return simply check you’re packing slip or go online to find the email address and description of the item and number. You must return the item to us within the 7 days of the date you notified us. If international 14 days.

Please note:
You will need to send your return through a traceable shipping method. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don’t receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding the order. 
All web initiated requests (e-mail) will receive a confirmation. Please include the following information:
Your e-mail address
Your order number, auction number, transaction number whatever the case may be.
A brief description of the reason for the return
Any item damage or shortage, if it applies
Refund time line
We generally process a return within a week after receiving the product back. During Halloween and Christmas this process may take up to 4 weeks.
Exchanges Offered? Why we don’t
We don’t offer exchanges due to stock turn over. Best to immediately re-order the item desired. By the time we receive your item, it may no longer be available.
