If you are not happy with your item and you would like to return it, please e-mail us for return authorization.  You as the buyer are responsible for paying for return shipping charges.  All items being returned will be inspected to make sure item is still in the condition that we shipped it to you.  If item passes inspection you will be refunded your original purchase price minus a $5.00 restocking fee.  If item does not pass inspection your amount of refund could be reduced because of damage to the item (which damage can also include smoke smell if you return the item from a smoke filled home).  New with tags items will be considered damaged if the tags have been removed.
