To The Graduate

There are many roads for you to take.

But it is only a choice that you can make.

When making that choice, don’t leave God out.

He can help you choose that perfect route.

Consider the Lord in everything you do.

When things go wrong, he’ll help you through.

Don’t be discouraged by life’s twists and turns.

Because only through battles the better reward you’ll earn.

Don’t forget the people who helped you along the way.

And ignore those who said you would not make to this day

You can be as successful as you want to be.

But you must work hard for you, not for people see.

At the end of the day, when it’s all said and done,

You must look within yourself to decide if you lost or won.

And even if you decide you lost that day,

Don’t give up! There is always tomorrow and always another way!
