First of all, I need to say that I am selling a number of stamp and postal related items over the next few weeks, and that I am not a stamp or postal expert. so I am selling these items., "as found", so please keep that in mind when bidding. The scans are pretty accurate and should help the viewer determine what they think of these items and the condition for themselves, plus I will describe them as best that I can. This is a cover from France and the only one in the collection, not WWII specifically, (as it from 1949), but it still falls with the reconstruction years just post WWII, so I decided to include it.  This cover is fascinating with varied special stamps on it, and also stickers. this to me is interesting just for the eyes to take it all in! I always appreciate viewer input and if they can translate or add any other additonal info, I would love to hear from you and will add any other additional applicable info to the "Q&A" section of this listing, I would encourage people to check the "Q&A" section of this listing. Because once there is a listing, I can't change this listing, but I can add info and clarification to the "Q&A" section of this listing. This item measures approx. 5.75" x 4.5" . This item has minor, normal expected wear, but is in remarkably good condition considering the age of this item and the frail nature on the envelope. I am pleased to offer this rare historical, one of a kind piece for consideration. Check out my other items!

I DO NOT sell to Poland or Spain. The mail is too slow and complaints are too high, mail delivery rates have been 1-2 months!. Postcards are shipped in cardboard and rigid plastic sleeves to protect from damage, I DO NOT profit from postage.

The postage cost for outside the US is $3.00 for postcards in the rigid protector. Please inquire regarding postage rates for other items outside of the US.
