You are bidding on a practically new Franklin Covey Classic SpaceMaker Full-Grain Leather Binder. It will come with everything displayed in the pictures. This was a gift four years ago when I graduated from College and started Dental School. I never used it for the past 4 years and I use primarily electronic organizers. Right now a little extra money would be nice to finance our move and starting my residency. The binder is in extremely good shape. It is made out of “crazy horse” leather. That’s why it looks scuffed up in the pics. If you run your finger down the leather it becomes lighter at that point, but if you rub the area the lightness fades away. It still has the price tag in it of $105.00. I don’t think this model exists anymore, I couldn’t find anything like it on the Franklin Covey website, but I listed the dimensions that seem to fit it below.
