Amazingly detailed! Made by The Franklin Mint, this is a 1:48 scale model of the CF-18 Hornet CAF "Tigermeet of the Americas 2003". This plane was painted for 41 Sqn at the 2003 Tiger Meet of the Americas held Cold Lake Alberta.
The F-18 is regarded as the first of the digital warplanes. It offers excellent performance in both air-to-air and air-to-ground
missions. This highly detailed die-cast model is built to scale and honors this awesome fighting machine.
The plane measures approx. 13 3/4 inches long and has a wingspan of approx. 10 1/2 inches.
