This listing is for a Franklin Mint, Western Heritage Museum, Spirit of the North Wind by Hermon Adams limited editon Collector Plate. No. HK2538. The plate is 8 inches in diameter. The plate is in good condition. these plates are beautiful. What you see in the picture is what you get.

I will be listing over 20 Collectible plates, please check my store for more plates.

I Don't know the history of items as I purchase at bulk auctions.
