Payment Methods	Payment by PayPal, VISA, MasterCard and American Express are the preferred methods of completing transactions. We can accommodate mail payment by Money Orders as well as long as they are negotiable outside of your country.  Sorry, personal cheques are not accepted.  Credit Card numbers can be faxed to 1-613-739-0307 with the auction number and your eBay user name, or called in toll-free to 1-877-334-6229.
	Please note that shipping from Canada to the USA or International locations via regular surface mail can take anywhere from 1 to 2 months depending on customs and border hold-ups. If you need your items quicker, shipping will cost more for express airmail.  Once shipped, we are no longer responsible for the item.
Postal Charges	General	Airmail or Business Expedited (depending on the size and weight of the package) is default and are the methods presented in an eBay invoice unless another method is requested.  Please, do not phone for a postal request as items have to be measured and weighed, and are not always at the location that is called.
	USA (Including Alaska and Hawaii)	The Shipping Cost stated in the Shipping / Payment Details section of the auction are in US Dollars and apply to residents of the 50 United States.
	International (Any country that is not Canada or the 50 US States)	Details for postage prices for International buyers are located in the Seller's Payment Instructions section.  Prices are in US Dollars.
	Canada	If there are no quotes for Canadian shipping posted in the auction.  Please e-mail us your address and postal code for rates and applicable tax(es).
Multiple Wins	We do combine shipping with actual postal rates for multiple wins.  If you are planning on bidding on other items that do not end on the same day as your previous winnings, please e-mail us and let us know.  We will be happy to hold on to your purchases for up to a week pending the outcome of the other auctions unless other arrangements are made.
Feedback	Feedback will be posted when we receive your feedback and we know you are happy with your purchase.  If you have any problems with the transaction, contact us first, and not through negative feedback.
Duration from Auction End to Payment	We would like all transactions finalized within 7 days of the auction's end.  This includes payment sent by PayPal; a credit card number getting called in; or notification that a Money Order is on its way.  If we do not hear from you, we will send out a Non-Payment Alert after 7 days.
Contact	E-Mail is our preferred method of business as we can deal with each customer in their proper turn.  Please direct any e-mails to hobcen@magma.ca. We do not operate from Fridays at 4pm until the following Monday morning at 10am, so please be patient for a reply.  Each e-mail will be dealt with in turn.  We can also be reached toll-free at 1-877-334-6229, but it is preferred that this would be used to call in credit card numbers as not all members of our staff are involved in each aspect of the eBay auction system and may not know specifics about your item.
