Return Policy:

Ink Bottles can ONLY be returned under the following conditions for a full refund:

1.      brand new with the original unopened seal.

2.      ink leakage with original unopened seal.

3.      Manufacturer defect of the ink Cartridges. Under this condition, all ink including in the bottles and the ink cartridges should remain more then 80%. Otherwise, they are not eligible for return.

Ink Cartridges are eligible for FREE replacement (from wear or manufacturer’s defect) within 1 year from date of purchase or up to 1 time whichever comes first.

To apply for a replacement:

1.      Please send us an e-mail with the invoice number.

2.      Customer must ship back the defective cartridge including all of its parts (computer chip and rubber stopper) before we will send out a replacement.

3.      The replacement will be sent out within 2 business days via USPS Ground. For expedited shipping, the customer is responsible for extra charges.
