·      Customers allow us 5 business days to ship your item, if any of our sold items found defective or does not qualify maximum level of quality while checking by our level (1) and level (2) team before shipment. We will try to find your purchased identical items from our other locations or manufacturers. Customer will get full refund including PayPal service fees if our team unable to found one, unless customer wants something else from our eBay store.
