  • 7 Continuous Dipped Elastics: The Seven elastic bands are made of the highest quality continuous dip latex. They have different degrees of tension, from 5 to 30 lbs. and can be combined to create a total of 254 lbs. of resistance (127 lbs. per side). Each band comes with our amazing aluminum clip system connected at each end. 
  • 4 Heavy Duty Handles: The handles are made from hard nylon plastic (the strongest available) and are covered in soft foam. They include super strong nylon webbing and heavy gauge O-rings. Each handle is 6 inches wide to be ultra comfortable for hands of all sizes. 
  • 4 Ankle Straps: The ankle straps are padded and secure easily around your ankle or wrist. Each strap closes securely with velcro material and includes a large, heavy guage O-ring.
