Shipping, Tax, Handling

Do you know how to calculate Total Payable Amount?

NO Residential charge and life gate fee for all buyers. We do not ship to YUKON, NT, NU.  Buyers in NS, NF, NB, PEI, and other quite remote areas in all provinces need to pay extra CND$60.00 - $120.

NO PO BOX addresses, NO APO/AFO. NO BILLING TO THIRD PARTY SHIPPING ACCOUNTS OR CALL TAGS. Buyers are responsible for extra shipping costs in the event that items are refused or undeliverable. Buyers are responsible for checking shipping information in their eBay/Pay Pal accounts.

All Canadian buyers need to pay 5% GST of total due (final price + shipping + Handling fee + Insurance). British Columbia residents need to pay 7% PST; Ontario residents need to pay 8% PST.

We process orders as fast as we can. Normally items will be shipped out within 72 hours upon receiving of payment.

Warranty

All products carry a 30 Days Warranty, which covers any manufacturer defect(s) or faulty part(s). Six months warranty for internal engine parts.  

The 30 days counting will be started from the day item(s) shipped out. However, our warranty does not cover any parts considered as “wear and tear” (i.e. body scratches, tires, and battery).  This warranty does not cover any damages caused by inappropriate assembling and use; failure to follow the manufacturer instructions regarding use and maintenance. We provide replacement parts with reasonable fee charges (normally $10-25).

Payment options

We accept pay pal, bank transfer, money order/casher’s check, company check, and Visa or MasterCard.

Make sure that you put eBay item number and your eBay ID on Money Order or Casher’s Check. Otherwise, we can not process this transaction. We are not responsible for any delay due to such reason.

Shipping damages

Products are with insurance during shipping. If damaged, please contact shipping company immediately for filing a claim report, and notice us within 24 hours. Processing fee $10.00 -$30.00 is required for any replacement on damaged plastic parts.  We will assist you to resolve any problems caused by damage. In the event that shipped products are declined anyway. We can only refund 50% of your payment upon receiving of the returned items.

Please do not bid on the items if you do not agree with our policies.

If you do not seriously treat bidding on items or never think of paying for it, please do not bid on it. Bidders who refuse to pay will be reported to eBay and have to be responsible for any serious consequences caused by their unwise action.
