Freeze the Disease Wooden Hockey Stick

The mission and goal of the Freeze the Disease Foundation, a volunteer organization, is to support, educate and assist in the development of the means to cure and control cystic fibrosis and to improve the quality of life for all those affected, raising consciousness to a level where all will know its name. Cystic fibrosis is a genetic disease affecting some 30,000 children and young adults in the United States and Canada. In 1955, few children with CF lived to attend elementary school.
