This is a French advertising sign from the 1940's or 50's. It pictures a man up in the Alaskan mountains with a gun strapped to his back. It is for 'Alaska, Pure Laine Pantoufles D'Hiver,' or 'Alaska, Pure Wool Winter Slippers.' It is quite large and measures about 11.75" x 16.5". It has a large fold-out foot on the back so that it can sit on a countertop. It is in generally clean condition overall. A great image.
