This Luggage piece is in new condition and includes one fitted cover for travel. The cover is made by a third party " carry-rite" of california and is made of clear soft durable plastic, easy to clean. Cover is made for this piece...  The luggage piece is new condition while the cover shows slight usage.

Dimensions:  Height = 22" Width = 28 1/2" depth = 9 1/2". Attached wheels which are also removable add 1.5" to Height. Soft case front and back add room for packing. The four sides are very durable and Hard Cover. Includes a Very Secure combination locking mechanism. the Wheels frame is made of hard Steel and the wheels are made from  very hard rubber.
