A national chain of art stores recently quoted a price of over $100.00 to stretch a 36 by 24 inch canvas oil painting. The bottom line is that you are much better off paying perhaps $10.00 more for shipping your oil in ready – to – frame form than $100.00 to $150.00 to have it stretched and mounted later.

This is a genuine individual oil painting, not a print on canvas. It began life as a bare piece of canvas. Then, a talented young artist worked his magic by hand with brushes, oil paint on a palette, and a container of linseed oil. The result is a truly individual work of art, ready to frame, that you will be proud of and enjoy for many years.
