 2007 Holiday Return Policy:

We are extending our normal return policy to make it convenient for you to purchase for the holidays. Items purchased from November 7^th-December 31^st can be exchanged until January 7^th, 2008. All items must be unworn, in their original packaging with the tags still attached. There are no returns on formal wear, evening wear, cocktail dresses, cosmetics, or mink eyelashes. If you would like to return an item please contact us via e-mail to receive a RMA number. When e-mailing, please give us a brief description as to the nature of your return. Once you have received your RMA number, please write it on the outside of the box and on a note on the inside of the package to avoid a delay in processing.

Once the item is received back, please allow us 24-48 business hours to process your return. You will receive an e-mail from us containing your merchandise credit voucher once your item has been returned and inspected.  Your instructions will be provided on how you use your credit voucher in the e-mail.

Please note:

If you would like to exchange your item for another size or color and you would like to ensure that a specific item is in stock (size, style and color) it is best to purchase the item as soon as you see that it is in stock. We can then offer you a refund once your item is returned. Otherwise all returns will receive a merchandise credit voucher only and specific sizes and colors cannot be held.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us via e-mail or by telephone.  If we do not respond within 24 hours there must have been a problem with the e-mail sent to us because we respond very quickly. Or we did responded and your spam blocker might have bounced it back. Please contact us directly by telephone if we have not responded to receive a RMA #. If you are not satisfied for some reason do contact us right away and please do not leave us negative feedback without giving us a chance to fix the problem. Because we carry designer brands, authenticity questions can be an issue especially with Juicy Couture Brands. We have a wide range of inventory from many years of Juicy styles. The tags vary from style, to year made, to fabric, to color, etc. Some say P&G, some say G&P. This is prior to a lawsuit from Proctor & Gamble against Juicy for trademark infringement. Newer sets now say G&P, but we do have both in stock. Some tags are black from the first year of Juicy, some are fuchsia pink for all sizes for the next year, some are color coded dependent upon the size, etc. The newest styles are all light pink tags for all sizes. Liz Claiborne purchased Juicy last year so newer items can vary slightly in size, texture, etc. WE HAVE ALL STYLES WITH DIFFERENT TAGS FROM ALMOST EVERY YEAR. Please do not ever think that our items are not authentic due to slight differences. They are 100% AUTHENTIC. Please do not leave us negative feedback that states that our items are not authentic as you could be held liable for defamation. If you are very unhappy, simply contact us and we will offer you a refund. You do not need to claim that they are not authentic in order for us to refund you. We spoke to Juicy Couture’s/Liz Claiborne’s attorney about this matter and they told us to use this disclaimer:
