Return/Exchange Policy
All of our offers are backed by 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the item to us in its original condition for a refund or an exchange.
We provide a 30 days return policy, calculated from the date we shipped the item to you. Before mailing us back the item, please contact us so that we can provide you the detailed return & exchange instruction.
Please note that shipping fees, taxes, and insurance are non-refundable. We will not be responsible for returned packages if lost by your mailing service. We recommend you to use a carrier service that provides a delivery confirmation number or tracking number.

You may also need to email us via ebay contact member page because we may also have filtered your incoming emails.

We offer "Flat Rate Shipping Everyday" to all USA addresses and most international locations. When you purchase multiple items from us, your total shipping & handling fee will only be the rate of your first item, whichever items shipping & handling cost is higher.
