Standard USPS First Class shipping is $2.99. Additional purchases shipped to the same address will be shipped at no additional charge. Flat Rate Priority Mail is available for $6.50. For international customers I offer First Class shipping for $3.99. Priority Mail is $11.00 to Canada and $13.00 to all other worldwide locations. Please do not ask me to mark customs forms as "gift". Falsifying customs documents is illegal and I am not able to honor such a request.

I pride myself on excellent customer service. I truly hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact me within one week of receiving your item. I will either replace it or refund your purchase less shipping cost.

Safety
Please always supervise children wearing any jewelry, especially children under three years old. Jewelry contains small parts which can pose a choking hazard. Never allow a child to wear jewelry while sleeping, and never allow a child to put jewelry in her mouth.

Quality
I only use the best quality materials in my jewelry designs. All silver is .925 solid sterling silver, never silver plated. Crystals and crystal pearls are authentic Austrian Swarovski, providing incredible sparkle. I also use genuine semiprecious gemstones such as black onyx and turquoise, and real freshwater pearls. You won't find plastic beads or base metals in my designs. All jewelry pieces are strung on professional strength 49-strand stainless steel jeweler's wire providing strength and durability.

All items are original designs of Bead*dazzle Jewelry. Each item is carefully handmade by the designer as it is ordered, therefore minor custom requests such as sizing and color changes can be accommodated. More significant custom requests are also welcome, but may result in additional charges depending on the changes made. Please contact me with your change requests prior to purchase so that we can discuss the possibilities and any extra fees.

I am always in search of new and more interesting components to my jewelry designs. Because of this and the handmade nature of my jewelry items, there may be minor variances in the completed piece and the picture depicted in the listing. For example, I often find new and different bead caps and toggle clasps for the rosary bracelets. If you have concerns about this, please be sure to contact me.

Jewelry Care
Sterling silver is prone to oxidation, causing it to tarnish. If worn regularly, the silver will not tarnish as easily due to contact with the oils in the skin. If you will not be wearing it every day, try to keep it in an airtight container, such as a ziplock bag with as much air squeezed out as possible. A polishing cloth is a great way to rub away minor tarnish.
