At this time, we only ship to customers in the lower 48 United States.
We ship within 1 - 2 business days of receiving your order, and should arrive within 3 - 7 business days depending on your location. On rare occasions, some shipments can get delayed, but we will notify you of this in a timely fashion.
Depending on the item's weight, we will ship your order using either ground (Generally FedEx) or a freight carrier servicing your area. We generally cannot honor requests to use a specific carrier.
All local NY and NJ shipments should arrive within 1 - 3 business days.
All freight shipping is to your door. You can purchase inside (white glove) delivery, but we recommend simply tipping the driver.
We offer installation in the metro NYC area, nearly all of NJ. We also offer installation in parts of Pennsylvania and Connecticut. There is an additional fee, so please call our sales department at 1-800-499-8009, or contact us for a price quote.
We pack every item well and with care, doing our best to minimize potential wear and tear and prevent damage in transit. Unfortunately on rare occasions a unit might arrive to you damaged. It is very important to inspect the item upon delivery.
If you notice any dents or punctures on the package please refuse the package or make note of it on the Bill of Lading and call customer service at 1-800-499-8009 for assistance. We will take every possible step in getting you out a new unit in a timely fashion.
If the unit was accepted and signed for and there was concealed damages, we will do everything necessary to repair the unit (If it is at all possible), or send you a replacement unit and pick up the damaged unit.
On occasion the unit might need minor repairs and we will send a service technician down to try and repair the unit. It may take up to 10 days for a service appointment.
