The Fujitsu 250GB SATA HDD is applied Perpendicular Magnetic Recording (PMR) technology. Fujitsu raises the bar with the introduction of its next generation 2.5-inch SATA hard disk drives with up to 125GB per platter using PMR technology. Since notebook and consumer electronics manufacturers are requiring increasingly higher capacity SATA hard disk drives in a slim package for their products, the new Fujitsu PMR models are entering the market at an optimal time to take advantage of this demand. Up to 125 GB capacity per platter: Perpendicular Magnetic Recording (PMR) technology achieves massive capacity up to 125GB per disk. High speed read/write operation: High speed read and write operations have been achieved with large-sized cache (8MB) and native command queuing feature. 2.5-inch Serial ATA/300 (SATA II) hard disk drives feature up to 250GB of storage in a slim 9.5mm package.
