SALES TAX:
Sales in WA state - sales tax is determined by delivery location. If you are a Washington state buyer, please email us before making payment so we can correctly calculate your sales tax based on your location.
SHIPPING:
All orders are normally shipped within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Items purchased within a 7 day period and paid for together can be combined to save on shipping - email us if you'd like for us to combine your items for you. We always check multiple orders when shipping and if there's an overcharge we'll refund it to you once your package ships - occasionally we're able to use different packaging (ie flat rate boxes) that will lower your shipping, but we can't know until the order is processed. We know shipping costs are a concern, especially for international buyers, and as such we do not jack up our shipping charges for our customers. For international buyers, we do add $.60 to cover packaging, and that's it - no extra charges. We will email you when your order ships - make sure you have a valid email listed with eBay.
US Orders: USPS Priority Mail - average 2-3 days delivery. Priority mail goes by the pound, so if you want multiple items we can often combine several for a reasonable price using flat rate boxes - email us if you have questions.
International orders: USPS First Class Mail International. International orders may incur delays and additional costs due to customs for your country - any additional cost will be the responsibility of the buyer, please be aware of your country's policy before ordering. Actual purchase prices will be listed on the customs form, and will not be marked as "gift". If you prefer priority shipping please contact us for a quote.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Payment for all items is due within 7 days - we will file non-paying bidder complaints for any item not paid within 7 days.
US BUYERS: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express - if you wish to make payment by credit card please select this option when going through checkout and include a daytime phone number - we will need to call for your card info.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Paypal Only.
FOR BUYERS MAKING PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL USING E-CHECKS, BE ADVISED THAT WE DO NOT SHIP UNTIL YOUR E-CHECK CLEARS. Sellers do not receive payment until e-checks clear even though PayPal takes the money from your account right away. Apparently many buyers are not aware of this and write to ask why they haven't received their orders after several days. If you need something shipped right away please do not use e-checks.
American Apparel Size Charts - S - XL - American Apparel fitted women's garments are 100% cotton 1 x 1 baby rib, made in the USA and guaranteed to be sweatshop free. They have a lot of "give" because they're baby rib, but they are cut smaller than some manufacturers similar to junior sizes so be sure to check the size charts below for the correct fit. Width and length below are in inches, with garment lying flat. Length is from top shoulder seam or strap to bottom of garment, width is just below arm seam across one side of garment (double for full width), and sleeve length is from top shoulder cap seam to end of sleeve. We recommend hand washing and hanging to dry for any printed apparel, but if you choose to run yours through the washer and dryer please allow for some shrinkage (minimal). All sizes are approximate.
