Returns:
- Factory defective items and or shipping damage is rare, however it can happen in any business.

- Document the problem, the respective technical support reply, your ebay name and we will gladly issue an RMA # (Return Merchandise Number) for an EXCHANGE of the same item.
- Beyond the above time frame please contact the respective manufacturer’s technical support.
