Shipping and handing:  We will ship order promptly upon payment.  We will send item as described.  Our normal shipping is within 3 days of completed payment.  Very rarely to we exceed that goal.  Our shipping and handling fees do include our handling costs which include but not limited to our cost of transporting the item to us, warehousing and administrative and packaging materials and time.  They are calculated in accordance to our actual expenses related.  Any questions relating to the product, auction details or our shipping and handling policies and charges should be requested prior to submitting bids.  All bidders who win a bid will be required to fulfill the obligation of a winning bid.  Anyone who chooses to cancel after a bid is closed will be required to pay $7 to cover Ebay listing and seller fees and seller time involved.  Seller is a private seller and there are no manufacturer warranties on the product sold.  We are self insured.  We do charge for insurance and we cover any shipping damages rather than claims with the shipping service as this is a long and delayed process that often leaves both sides empty handed.  We cover all shipping damages per requirements listed here.  Any shipping damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.  Seller reserves the right of refusal based on condition of product and determined damages.  Buyer must submit pictures of the item and packaging in any claim.  Seller will issue and RA # and the buyer is required to ship the item back to the seller with all original packaging in unused condition with all tags in place.  Failure to adhere to any of these requirements will invalidate shipping insurance.

Returns:  Seller agrees to sell only new and unused handbags.  Item will be received as such.  Buyer may return items but there is a return item charge that covers listing and selling fees and potential paypal fees as well as seller time and effort and packaging material.  This restocking fee is $10.  Therefore upon the request for return, item must be requested for return by notifying the seller within 3 days of shipment arrival.  Seller will then authorize with an RA number.  Item must be returned in original condition in original packaging at buyer’s expense.  Seller will then return the item purchase price less restocking fee and actual original shipping charge incurred by the seller not to include original handling fee.
