30 days after the buyer receives it | * Chef Reco Depot strives for 100% Customer Satisfaction.
* All equipment is sold with manufacturer's warranty only.
* All concerns must be submitted to Chef Reco Depot by email: chefreco@bellsouth.net, fax: 1-912-238-3330, or phone: 1-800-673-9392 within 15 days of receipt of items.
* If the item is defective, Chef Reco Depot will work with the Buyer and the Manufacturer to resolve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.
* Returns must be shipped back no later than 30 days from date of delivery.
* Returns WILL BE CHARGED A 25% RESTOCKING FEE and any return shipment fees, and eBay fees which apply.
* Customer must call 800-673-9392 for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Shipments will be refused without an RMA.
* Items returned must be new, unused, and contain all original parts, accessories, manuals, and shipping materials.
* Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot accept returns for any used merchandise; no exceptions. |
